Hillview kennels has been raising quality Labradors since 1981. Our puppies have gone on to be field champions, hunt-test champions, obedience champions, agility champions, bomb dogs, drug dogs, service dogs, excellent gun dogs, and loved family companions. We strive to breed large boned, blocky-headed labs that work in the field. All our parents are calm, and good with people and kids. Parents are AKC registered, PENN-HIPed, OFA'd, OFA Pre-limed. All our puppies will be socialized with home and family, first shots, wormed twice and vet checked before going to their new homes. Hillview is a family kennel with the welfare of our dogs' number 1 priority. We reserve the right to keep puppies an extra week, if we feel they need it. This is for the puppy's welfare and our peace of mind knowing the puppies are mature enough to go.


Hillview puppies are sold with LIMITED REGISTERED. We will occasionally sell puppies full registered to approved breeders only. 

Puppies will be picked up in Elburn, 50 miles west of Chicago, Illinois.


Puppies are reserved with a non-refundable $200 deposit, in the order they are received.

Bringing a new puppy into your family is a big decision that requires lots of thought, it is a long-term-commitment to love and care for your new puppy. New puppies require lots of care, training, toys and regular veterinary visits, to maintain proper health. 

​In compliance with Illinois state law, puppies will be picked up at 8 weeks old.

Please clear your schedule for the week-end your puppy is ready to be picked up. If you can not, we will pick your puppy and you will be charged $10 per day until puppy is picked up.    ​
PLEASE, we need all deposits to include: puppy's sex, color, name of mother, phone number and current address (if address is different than on your check, then write a note). Please call or text Melissa to confirm that you are sending a deposit check. Final payment in cash due at time of pick-up. THANK YOU SO MUCH.​         ​
